It was a week before V was ready to leave the house again. She looked over at her dwindling food storage, she would have to out again soon. V sighed, she didn’t want to leave yet, the house was cosy and safe. She pushed the intrusive thoughts down and put on her backpack, she was going to go out and it would be fine. V walked the old borrower paths with no real plan, it was already well past midnight and most people were already asleep. There were a few lights here and there from the night shift workers and younger generations, but it hardly mattered. The night was perfect, not a cloud in the sky and stars twinkled brightly without a moon to overshadow them. The cool night air filled her lungs with the smell of salt and sand, she could hear the soft sounds of waves crashing against the shore. A smile formed on her lips, she had missed this. Her wandering lead her to the thrift shop though she couldn’t remember how she had ended up here. She stepped out from behind the tie dye shirt
Jace hurriedly put V on the counter, she looked small and more fragile than he had ever seen her. He didn’t know when she left his shoulder or what happened between Steve handing her to him and then, but she looked awful.
“V… I'm sorry, I just…” Jace began
“Stop! I can’t deal with your guilt right now.” V said, cutting him off. She slowly raised to her feet and silently rejoiced at the feeling of solid ground beneath her.
“V… I shouldn’t have let you down.”
“Stop, it was my fault for doing this. It wasn’t safe. I knew the risks. I am going home.” V s
V sat in a the house wondering what she was still doing here. She should just leave, but Jace was handing everything really well. He had questions and wanted to know more, and well he wanted her to stay. She needed to do something nice for him, maybe clean his house before she leaves tonight. She didn’t know what to think. She picked herself up and walked towards his house it was still early afternoon she had only just gotten up. She still had time to do a bunch of little chores. She stopped into one of the hair salons and changed her hair colour again. She smiled liking the pale green colour she put through, her short hair was great to
“So you wanted to talk?” V sighed, she sat on the counter looking at Jace with his book. He looked shocked, which was to be expected.
“I uhh yeah… well I um… wanted to say…” He said sitting up, he didn’t think it would be this hard to talk to her. She looked so small and vulnerable at a couple of inches tall, how could she just sit on the edge of the bench like that? She was clearly in danger. V smiled looking at him flounder, he was still a dork if not a slightly bigger dork. She watched him carefully, he was sitting up now, but he made no move to stand or come closer to her.

Jace paced his apartment he had to think about what the hell he just saw. He Just watched the girl he was seeing, shrink down and climb a wall like she was some sort of spider-man. He was running over and over the night in his head. First he saw her, they went to the rave cave, Hazel wigged out and yelled at V and then… He groaned remembering how she had just gotten smaller. It didn’t make any sense. No matter how many times he ran over it, he checked the bin and found the clothes she was wearing, he double checked to see if there was another way out. There was just no logical explanation. She had shrunk and somehow in that tiny b
“Honey I’m home.” V said to her empty house, chucking her cheese filled backpack in a corner. She groaned rubbing her face, why had she stayed in that form so long. Shape shifting required a weeks worth of scrimping and saving of every little magical morsel she could muster and even then she could only manage a few measly hours. A few measly hours sitting on a measly beach, in a tiny (even by her standards) tourist town, listening to an alright band just so she can talk to a guy. A Very cute guy. A guy that seems to really care about her, who figured out what she might like. He took a real interest in her and it would take e
Jace’s blue eyes scanned the crowd, the beach concerts were always a highlight of friday nights in the small tourist town. The local band the Beach Bums were playing away. The lead guitarist was turning 50 this year, but that didn’t stop him from being the best guitarist in town. Jace smiled as he watched the band of 20 somethings rockaway with ol Steve, the group in front of the stage were mostly drunk tourists looking to have a bit of fun in a beach city. Behind them were the younger locals hoping to score a night with some ‘out of town strange’, as they would put it. Everyone else was either friends with the band,
"Jesus Jess, could you try harder to hit every bump in the road?" Eric said as the car hit another ditch and his whole body jiggled, he hated the feeling.
"Look E, it's off road there are going to be bumps." Jessica laughed as she kept the car in control. The sandy roads of the island were hard to navigate and the old Toyota could only do so much without power steering and an old suspension system. The grass trees and wattles gave little shade to the unrelenting heat of the day.
"Does there have to be so many?" He grumbled. He hated being outside the city, outside his room, outside his comfort zone. Eric was short, round with light brown ha
“12… 13… 14… 15!” Isaac shouted triumphantly, he threw down the barbell and looked at himself in the mirror. He looked over himself in the full wall mirror they had installed in his home gym, large bulging biceps at least 20 inches around, his pecs stuck out in a perfect shelf, a well formed six pack complemented his torso. He looked over his thick legs and muscle butt, they were hard and perfectly formed. He hit a double lat pose, his workout shorts clung to his glistening form, he struck a double bicep pose and delighted when his tank top rode up and struggled to contain his pure bulk. He stopped posing and loo

An electrifying, booze-filled night full of loud music and stumbling drunks is how a true rooftop party goes. Nearly every Friday night, you can hear the hum of cheers combined with the boom of the bass at the top of the cityscape. Strobe lights dance on the neighboring windows, reflecting a kaleidoscope of glimmering colors. These parties are all the rage, not just because the liquor is so abundant it flows like water, but patrons are often dancing in close quarters to none other than a colossus of a person; a titan. Why else would these festivities be held on the summit of a tower? Standing at over 100 feet tall, with footwear larger than a bus, being at ground-level while a massive man steps to and fro with no notice of other party-goers is just asking for someone to be flattened. Fortunately, titans are more than just giant humans; their origins date back for centuries where humanity revered them as powerful gods. Nowadays, their presence is more casual, mingling and
So this dude who will remain nameless has harassed and won't leave me alone. I have asked him to move on, but the guy legit somehow thinks they're the victim. Like what?
Just be careful who you talk to online, I'm only grateful that they live in another country
Hey all it's been a hell of a time.
I got a new job which is fantastic, but it ran me ragged for a while until I could get use to the new schedule.
I also got a kitten so I am sorry internet the adorable ball of fluff took most of my free energy away.
But on a happy note I am ready to start writing again :D
Please tell me if there is anything in particular that you want to see from me and i will work on it :D
So life pulled itself together. I have a job at a great lab working with blood (vampire puns are welcome), it means that I won't have to worry about food or the mortgage, Which is frankly fantastic. Thanks to everyone who offered me support and those who sent well wishes, I am officially back in business.
